Our solution boasts ingredients such as ginseng and rosemary and is Aloe Vera-enriched, has anti-aging botanicals, vitamin E and antioxidants.

If you want your tan to look natural with no harsh chemicals, orange color or lingering smells, we are the perfect fit!

Pre-Tan:

Shower, shave & exfoliate
Do not apply body or face moisturizer
Schedule all hair/spa treatments, manicures, pedicures and workouts prior to tanning appointment
Wear loose fitting dark clothing.
Please note that our solution is water soluble and will wash out of clothes and sheets

Post-Tan:

Remain dry for a minimum of 6 hours. 12-16 is recommended
Take short, warm showers using
mild non-scented soap; shaving with a light touch
Pat skin dry and moisturize with a
mild lotion or tan enhancer
Apply perfume to clothes and hair avoiding skin contact

What to expect:

Although you may feel slightly damp over the next couple hours, feel free to go about your normal routine. Throughout the day remember to stay dry and avoid touching your skin, as you want your tan to dry flawlessly.

You will notice your tan darkening over the next 12-16 hours. After this time period, shower lightly allowing some of the cosmetic tan to wash off,
showing your golden glow.
Limit exposure to pools and hot tubs, as this may fade your tan.

How does spray tanning work? Will it fade evenly?

Dihydroxyacetone (DHA) is colorless sugar derivitive that interacts with the protein in your dead skin cells resulting in a tanned appearance. This change usually lasts 5-7 days from initial application. As your skin sloughs off the tan gradually fades away.

What do I wear during the spray tan session?

Attire for women is whatever you are comfortable in. Attire for men is boxers, briefs, swim trunks, or shorts. The FDA does not recommend that you tan nude. However, ladies if you decide to do so the tanning specialist will use utmost discretion.

What should I wear after my tanning session?

Loose fitting darker clothes are best. DHA reacts with wool, nylon, and silk so these fabrics should not be worn immediately after the session.

How long will my tan last?

Depending on your activity level and skin type it will last up to a week (even longer for some). With regular applications you can maintain the tan indefinitley. Moisturizing your skin daily with a tan extending lotion will help extend the tan.

I'm pregnant and/or nursing, can I get a custom spray tan?

The concern some doctors have is over whether or not the active ingredient (DHA) is able to enter the blood stream; the indications are that it cannot. DHA only penetrates the outermost layer of the skin. However, we recommend all clients get permission from their physician first. DHA has been used as a cosmetic ingredient in the United States since 1960 and no problems have ever been reported concerning DHA penetrating the skin.

Will a spray tan cover up tattoos?

No, our solution will not harm tattoos. If you have yellow or light tones it may darken the color a little bit, until your tan fades. If you don't want this to happen you may cover the tattoo lightly with moisturizer immediately before the session.
